What this service is

Extinvo is software for the person who checks a building's fire equipment: free worksheets that compute on the page, and a paid plan that keeps the devices, the checks and the findings. We are the vendor, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with and the name on your receipt. Nothing here is the fire code, a rule text, or a verdict on a device we have not seen.

How we are paid

Extinvo Pro is a monthly subscription sold by Ellul Solutions Ltd, the company named in these terms and on your invoice. You pay us directly, it renews monthly at the price shown before checkout, and you cancel it yourself from your account page.

Online payments. When you connect your own Stripe account and take a payment through a pay link, Extinvo charges a platform fee of 1% of that payment, in addition to Stripe's own processing fee. Stripe deducts both from the payment before it is paid out to you; Extinvo never holds your customers' money. The rate that applies is the one shown in your account on the day the pay link is created, and a change to it applies only to links created afterwards.

The tools index

Every worksheet on this site, with the head it answers and the worked example it starts from, is listed on the tools index and downloadable as a CSV. It is a catalogue of our own pages, not a directory of other companies, and nobody has paid to appear in it.

No warranty

The worksheets return arithmetic on the figures you enter. They do not decide whether a device passes, they are not a substitute for the code your authority having jurisdiction enforces, and they are not advice about a building we have not seen.
